Modern, Industrial, Mid-Century are just a partial list of the interior design styles we have today. This list is so long that I find my clients' main challenge is the lack of understanding and define their interior design style.

A great start for every interior\ styling project is to learn a bit about each style so you will ensure you pick the right style for your space.



MODERN

Modern Design, as it is called, is true to the present point in time where we at. It is constantly changing and updated with the use of new materials and colors following fashion trends.

Nowadays, this style refers to clean lines, no curves with a simple color palette, and the use of materials that can include metal, wood, glass, and steel.


CLASSIC

In the past, Classic interior design rooted in European history and transmits luxury.

Today, it contains pleasant proportions, maintaining harmony between the space and extensive use of natural materials.

In addition, the classics are aimed at avoiding formal congestion but at the same time, contribute to the creation of a rich and interesting space.

A house designed in a classic style will retain the relevance and charm that has been around for a long time.

It Combines detailed and luxurious fabrics, such as velvet, silk, chiffon, etc, and may include a wide variety of patterns and textures.


MID- CENTURY MODERN

Mid -Century Modern combines styles from the 60s of the last century. A post-war period in which people wanted to spread peace.

The Industrial style takes inspiration from urban warehouses or lofts, From the past, when

people design their space in this narrative because of their lack of budget, However, today it became an actual fashion where people combine industrial components such as iron pipes and exposed systems and unfinished building construction such as bricks alongside dominant material.

RUSTIC

The romantic style, Provence, came from old houses characterized by construction based on existing natural resources and use of materials in their raw state. One of the main features of this design is the connection to nature, which gives the space an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.

Due to this motto, We will have lots of hidden storages in the space for personal items so the actual visual design is minimal by formal cleanliness, and defined by a sense of functionality and particularly straight and clean lines.

Common materials will be metal, stainless steel, glass, and concrete.

SCANDINAVIAN Scandinavian design is also called Nordic design, as it actually came from northern European countries: Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Norway, and Sweden.


The Scandinavian culture is known for the simple and practical life and inspired by the impressive Vikings, So this style is a tribute to the functionality and simplicity along with sophistication.

The main color palette is white, and we will receive more natural colors by using different materials such as wood, aluminum, and steel, to that, we can also add small touches of color but not too much.


BOHEMIAN

In the past, Bohemian, Has become a nickname that has stuck with artists, students, and others who have led a free lifestyle away from accepted social conventions.

Today, when we talk about design in this style, we usually mean unconventional design, which characterizes people who can be made, subordinate themselves to social conventions, and use unusual artistic design elements.


Under this style, we can usually see the use of special textures and many colors combined together while creating an original design whose rules are difficult to define.

Typical elements that are most often seen are dream-catching products, macrame ornaments, colorful pillows as well as rugs, and large wall prints
